Raiders need to maximize return on their investment. Bills don’t want to give up that second round pick… but they could be persuaded. It’s a delicate dance. If you decide you're willing to eat some salary, give us a call" In other words, at the current asking price, the Bills aren't interested. If the asking price changes (and/or an agreement regarding salary considerations is made), then they're interested. Ball is in the Raiders' court.
