You’re on the “anybody but him” train. If you’re Joe Douglas and will probably be fired after the season barring a deep playoff run, why not make a crazy offer for Adams? He really has nothing to lose 1 2 Quote

Played high school ball in the Bay Area, about two hours from Firebaugh. Then played college ball at Fresno St, about 50 minutes from Firebaugh. Josh just needs to make a little Northern California pitch to Davante and convince him that Buffalo is where he wants to be. The GMs then figure out all the numbers - Boom, welcome to Buffalo, Mr. Adams. 1 1 Quote

One Buffalo Posted October 9 Posted October 9 (edited) 10 minutes ago, dave mcbride said: Guessing at this point that the Bills aren't in on this? Seems like the Bills are unlikely at this point- Here is an update from Jeremy Fowler Quote "Teams I've talked to believe the #Saints might just be the favorite, because they are on Adams' short list of preferred destinations and are willing to be aggressive. Yes, the #Jets are involved. But the #Raiders probably will go with the best package. And because Adams seems to prefer going to the Jets or Saints, the Raiders are starting there, knowing they can expand the list if needed. As of now, those two teams appear to be in the driver's seat. To your point, Dan Graziano, yes, the #Steelers have a desire to trade for Adams, hoping to address their receiver needs once and for all. But Adams is a factor in all of this, and he seems ready to play with one of his former quarterbacks." Edited October 9 by One Buffalo 1 Quote

Saw a report this morning that the Raiders aren't really too open to eating salary. If that's the case, it rules out quite a few teams, including us and the Chiefs. 1 1 Quote
Jerboski Posted October 9 Posted October 9 They don’t need Adams, he is getting older and a huge contract I agree we need to make a move for a wr, Adams is not the one Quote
