I expect to be able to beat whoever we draw in the wild card round. I have no expectations beyond that, but stranger things have happened. I was here for the drought. All of it. This team has been one of the absolute best in the league for years and they're still top 7 or 8 and competitive for a possible title in a year when they had to get rid of some core players for cap reasons. If that's not enough for ya, fine. boater Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Fans were lulled into unrealistic expectations by the 3-0 start. This was always going to be a tough season. It may be a 10-7 or 9-8 season, but playoffs are definitely on the table. The future is bright. PS: I'm glad I'm not one of those "Superbowl or bust" types. I think such unwavering expectations detract from enjoyment of the game. It could be a 15-2 season and some peeps would be seething with anger without a Lombardi. 1 1 Quote

As a serious fan I don’t want to hear about draft picks, we talk about draft picks when we have Fitzpatrick or Tyrod Taylor at QB. I want to win championships and if we don’t with probably the best QB we’ve ever had or will have then who cares about some 2nd round pick. I know this seems like a negative post but I’m just being honest. Quote
