Luntz, who’s already went on record saying Harris will win, has a 14 person panel, of which only 5 are leaning towards Trump/Vance and close to the end, they had it 10-4 Vance.

He is slick. But that’s easy to do if you are not grounded in reality.

Framing the Hurricane question as a climate change topic was so gross.

Underrated development here…..

JD absolutely becomes the front runner in 2028 - he obliterated the b.s. caricatures of him in less then 90 minutes.

They’re gone.

Not just the GOP front runner….THE front runner.

Yep I thought the same. I was like WTF is this woke nonsense? Hurricanes are global warming now too? There were no hurricanes before people? If we give them more of our tax money they will stop hurricanes? Amazing

Weirdly specific analogy.

Sounds like a guy that dudes wife still fantasizes about .. as most liberal men’s wives do (if one is to believe them after a couple glasses of wine)

He's a family man, I think he more traditionally represents the conservative candidate model. Trump was never a conservative but that was part of his appeal for many

It's the same policies, she is surrounded by Biden's team. Biden himself said he delegated the border and other tasks to her as recently as last week

True but she wasn't president.

Well if that's the viewpoint of the undecided voter then we are in trouble. I'm not sure how the exact same team with the exact same policies will lead to any meaningful change

Vance also pointed out how Trump couldn’t fix things because of Congress. Its weird how he thinks Harris as VP has this super power to fix things but didn’t yet Trump as President with control of the Senate and House just couldn’t fix things because of Congress.

Great point JD

During two years of full Republican control, no less.

Those Republicans are gone.

Uniparty is being dismantled.

If I’m the Harris campaign I’m running, wasn’t that refreshing? Taking Trump out of the political picture leads to civil discourse that we used to see in American politics. Let’s go back to that by not voting Trump.

i think the civility of the debate hurts Trump with undecideds.

I thought JD also came off looking really weak after this. I think it under cut most of what he was saying the rest of the night.

Sure, he looks weak if you cut the video there and don't play the next 60 where he took control of the stage.

One way to avoid an issue of this nature is to not lie.

He and everyone else demonizing some people who are here legally and who do nothing but work to improve their lives and the lives of their children can shove it.  It’s disgraceful.
