He's had maybe 5 or 6 games were the defense is brutalized. He usually gets the team to respond. It's probably his best attribute. And I said this in a couple other places, there are few if any teams in the AFC or the NFL for that matter that are that physical and can run that effectively. 2

Those plays are basically like run plays and help keep the defense honest, not necessarily to be run over, and over, and over. They should help open up the intermediate passing game, which from what I saw last night, wasn't used much, and when it was, it was either covered or Josh was facing pressure and they were in the scramble drill. Definitely a headscratcher why we paid him that money to only be used in the role he is unless the staff thinks he's not living up to expectations in practice, which I don't believe is the case or else he wouldn't be playing at all.

Coleman is as good as players like KJ Osborn or DJ Chark. That said, the Bills are paying Knox, Samuel, Hollins and MVS $27 million dollars to be completely non existent. 1 1

I don't like short YAC routes being the only club in the bag, much like I didn't like the intermediate to deep game being the only club in the bag. The best offensive strategy is to be able to do everything. That's why the best offenses in history weren't JUST small ball YAC or JUST deep threats. They did it all and did it excellently.

Shakir clearly separated and Samuel needs to be starting. 13/15 are your backups. Or preferably not even on the team but … you need to stop playing games here. We have good players on offense. Get them on the field. Stop trying to outthink the room 1
