When the diva QB openly disrespects the HC, and the OC answers to the QB before they answer to the HC, it's a major problem when the season starts to get away from them. With so much disfunction at the top of the pyramid, I'd imagine it would be pretty hard for the team to have a lot of respect for the team's leadership. 1 Quote
