Rexy has emotional attachments to two franchises; the Ravens and the Jets. Since he can't call the Jets the best team in the league, he has to go with the Ravens.

Does anyone know if there is some salary cap reason they didn't put Johnson and Bernard on IR? I know they have very few dollars left to spend this year.

The assumption is neither would miss 4 games so don't move him.   Sounds like Bernard may be back next week so made the right move on that one.
