I'm wondering if Joe, in saying this and some other previous statements, is passively working to torpedo Kamala's campaign and strategy in order to extract revenge on the party for throwing him overboard. 

 

DeSantis more or less said he's talked to Biden and Joe has been open to provide anything he needs. And as far as talking to Harris, to paraphrase, the governor said why should I talk with her? She can't do anything to help and in all the previous storms he never heard from her once so now that she's running for the presidency the only reason she wants to talk is to assist her fake campaign designed to make her look competent. She could care less about anyone here.
