MPL Posted September 27 Posted September 27 Mack Hollins seems to do so much in the passing game that doesn’t involve getting the ball. He seems to excel at rub routes that help everyone else get open. Is Mack Hollins the most important WR on the roster? Maybe? What a time to be alive. Quote

He seems to be in the Gabe Davis / Jake Kumerow role. Hopefully he can get some TDs for his effort. Quote

What a time to be alive. the way this offense is set up, your either getting the ball or your blocking or/and being window dressing. the hard thing for defenses to figure out is who is getting the ball and who is window dressing because every wr/rb is interchangable. you can have the same play and every time its a diff person getting the ball and everyone else rotates as window dressing. there in lies the beauty of the scheme. I was told I was crazy for predicting such things. What a world. What's somewhat even more surprising to me is Coleman pry being ahead of him if he wasn't disciplined for being late. I thought MVS and Samuel would get more snaps in place of him. Quote
No_Matter_What Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Bumping this after week 8. https://www.footballguys.com/stats/snap-counts/teams?team=BUF&year=2024 Couple of notes on offense: - Cooper was discussed a lot here, it appears that he played 50% of snaps vs Seahawks - Mack Hollins was down to 46%, lowest number in season - Coleman gets most snaps from all WRs Defense: - We don't rotate Groot that much, he consistently plays 75% of snaps - Solomon has 2 sacks in 39 snaps, not bad - unfortunately he will sit again probably when Von comes back - it is interesting how Williams goes off the field for Lewis almost always on 3rd down, IIRC we never did this before with other LBs Quote
