I am still working through the left overs from the MNF game but eventually the focus needs to be on Baltimore.

Can't really source Blue Crab up here at any reasonable cost.

Pit Beef is certainly doable => Pit beef is a beef roast that is cooked over hot charcoal and then sliced paper-thin. It’s stacked on a roll, typically with onion, horseradish, and barbecue sauce. The iconic pit beef is grilled in many ways, from using wood-flavored barbecues, spicy sauces, or dry rubs.   https://www.koonsclarksvillechevybuickgmc.com/blogs/4775/7-iconic-foods-from-baltimore

I haven't used the meat slicer for a while so it will be refreshing to slice the roast "paper-thin".

So my early thoughts are to make my Garlic Butter Stuffed with Crab Giant Mushrooms as an appetizer and Pit Beef Sandwiches.

Any ideas?

I want a pre game update and pictures!

I am more excited to hear how this turns out than the game itself. Love your spreads!

I took photos.

How do I post them?

The Fillet was perfect.

The mushrooms stuffed with crab, brushed with garlic butter and smothered with cheese on the grill are outstanding.

With the Tiger Sauce and raw Sweet Onions, the Baltimore Pit Beef is outstanding!!!

I even made two baked potatoes with the left over garlic butter and some Creme Fresh were fantastic.

I am in Food Coma.

‘Look for the paper lip in the bottom of the posting box.    Instructions vary by device and where you store digital photos.  Sounds delicious.

Just put a pork butt on the smoker, should be ready near the end of the late games. Labatt Blue Bills Zubaz cans.

I still have a pair of Bills Zubaz pants from the mid 2000s but NOT the originals from the 80's.

The GF at the time sewed a couple of Bills patches on them for me while we were at the stadium before 6:00 AM waiting for the Parking Lot to open.  The patches were all crooked.

You have to appreciate all the package space those pants offered the wearer.

In any event, the funniest parody want ad I ever read was a Bills fans selling his original racing stripe stained Zubaz pants with that backstory that as a young teenager he only crapped in them because he could not get home in time after riding his 3 speed banana seat high bars bicycle as fast as he could.

Files too large.

So I need to drop them into a photo editor to resize them and I have had 6+ tall boy high alcohol IPAs so it will need to wait.
