Missouri executes an innocent man

Oh you mean your little anti-immigrant circlejerk? What does that have to do with the point of this thread?

Really, I’m shocked you haven’t mentioned transgender kids yet since you seem to think about them 24/7.

There is significant doubt of his guilt. There were constitutional errors surrounding how the case and evidence were handled. Jury members are having second thoughts.

I see you have gone from “innocent” in the thread title to “significant doubt” about his guilt. I guess it wouldn’t be as interesting if you didn’t manufacture drama. Let us know when you settle on which one it is.

There have been several occasions where you let the board membership know of your morality and empathy. It just seems a little bit odd that you reserve your compassion for the perpetrators of heinous crimes rather than the victims. To each his own.

Innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Nice word salad by the way. Meaningless though.

I look forward to your further claims of morality and compassion. You are truly a wonderful human.

Do you believe the state has the right to take away a life?

@Roundybout @SectionC3 @Joe Ferguson forever to pretend this guy is not guilty is absurd. No one of any intelligence is claiming he is innocent because he knew too many details, he had her stolen goods and his girlfriend said he was wearing bloody clothes. The only issue is if the death penalty was warranted. The title of this thread is a lie, and I suspect you three know it is a lie.

Hoax.

Why are right wing governors obsessed with killing people?

It's a shame this is the story.  The real story was the 31 year old store owner, family man and contributing member of society that was shot in the face and murdered.

Btw, when you mentioned the other day that the family of the Missouri inmate suggested that life in prison was acceptable punishment for the guy you declared innocent, this family supported the execution.

I ahem no idea about his innocence or guilt.  But I'm anti death penalty.

Good thing the law doesn't listen to your lies, you literally don't even know the standard of which guilt is processed in our country, also explains why you believe the lies so easily.

The evidence was flimsy, the investigation was not constitutional. There is too much doubt to execute him, which is why I am against the death penalty in all cases.

If you simply wanted to complain about the death penalty I am truly open to that debate, I think is used far too frequently. But this dude was guilty, he was proven guilty by a jury of his peers, and the fact that you think a  cop handling the murder weapon without gloves makes it untrue when the murder was before DNA evidence was ever used makes you dumb
