transplantbillsfan Posted November 7 Posted November 7 This thread is a joke, right? If not, there's a special place in Hell for you for even mulling over these 2 options. Plenty of animal shelters and foster homes all over the place everywhere across the Country to take in unwanted animals. Quote

Please if he was actually planning on getting rid of the cat he wouldn't be typing it out and posting it on here where it could read it and plot it's own scheme. 1 1 Quote

Pete Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I’m down to one cat- Cartman, and he is 14. Cartman greets me like a dog, and brings me, and my girlfriend, great joy. 1 Quote
Turk71 Posted November 14 Posted November 14 We have an indoor cat that was less than 3 weeks old when we found her. She had an eyeball ripped out, skin shredded, and was full of infection. We nursed her back to health and she just turned 2. She is fun, affectionate, loving and appreciative. We found her the day after my wife's father died...while standing in front of a house she grew up in. I imagine the kitten was abandoned along with her siblings on the side of the road and subsequently attacked. @peterpanDon't even joke about driving pets far from home and abandoning them.......and if you weren't joking #%×& you 1 Quote

sullim4 Posted November 14 Posted November 14 Please don't put the cat down. My wife and I rescued a foster cat last year. She was a senior that has diabetes and thus was deemed "unadoptable" by the shelter. We took her in, and she's been an amazing addition to our household. She's on my lap right now living her best life. She deserved a fair shake. Yes, she typically needs a shot of insulin twice a day, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not a huge deal. I can almost guarantee you that you will be able to find someone who will take your cat. 1 Quote

Good for you. 10 minutes ago, Fleezoid said: Find a cat lady. Where did you get that robe? It looks familiar. Quote
Fr. Jerk Posted November 20 Posted November 20 (edited) My old roommate had a super needy cat. If you weren't paying attention to it it would constantly bat at your legs. Even doing a no2 I would see a stretched front leg emerge from under the door with an open paw. I didn't dig. I think he eventually gave it to his parents. Edited November 20 by Fr. Jerk Quote
