If this was a poll, My vote would be for euthanasia.

You need to find who YOU are before you can love your cats, son, and ex-wife again.

Love his ex-wife again?  I'm not sure that is how this works.

This thread is a joke, right?

If not, there's a special place in Hell for you for even mulling over these 2 options. Plenty of animal shelters and foster homes all over the place everywhere across the Country to take in unwanted animals.

Please if he was actually planning on getting rid of the cat he wouldn't be typing it out and posting it on here where it could read it and plot it's own scheme.

We have an indoor cat that was less than 3 weeks old when we found her. She had an eyeball ripped out, skin shredded, and was full of infection.  We nursed her back to health and she just turned 2. She is fun, affectionate, loving and appreciative.

We found her the day after my wife's father died...while standing in front of a house she grew up in.

I imagine the kitten was abandoned along with her siblings on the side of the road and subsequently attacked.

@peterpanDon't even joke about driving pets far from home and abandoning them.......and if you weren't joking #%×& you

Please don't put the cat down.

My wife and I rescued a foster cat last year.  She was a senior that has diabetes and thus was deemed "unadoptable" by the shelter.  We took her in, and she's been an amazing addition to our household.  She's on my lap right now living her best life.  She deserved a fair shake.  Yes, she typically needs a shot of insulin twice a day, but in the grand scheme of things, it's not a huge deal.

I can almost guarantee you that you will be able to find someone who will take your cat.
