NFL officiating is absolutely atrocious.
Week after week there are outcomes of games determined by arbitrary calls, blown calls, calls that don’t make sense. It’s disgraceful. 
 

With the new sky judge thing it should get better but I don’t have any faith. It also seems that color analysts are afraid to highlight the incompetence. They only hint at it… allude to it…  Rarely will they say “this is an unacceptable standard and it needs to be urgently better.”

 

I don’t expect perfection but we should have the overarching sense that the games are fairly and consistently refereed with rare exceptions. I’m not sure if we will ever get there
