12 miles, wow good for you!  I'm only 51 and I am lucky I can make it up and down my own stairs half the time.  Most of that due to neck injury at work a few years back.  Thats impressive.  I wish I was that healthy. I was/am not smart with my health.

I've always run but eating right is a new thing.  And don't be too impressed with my mileage.  I am SLOW.  But the dog loves our weekly rambles in the mountains and I imagine the health benefits I get from it aren't much different than the folks who are faster than me.

Sorry to hear about the neck.  Nothing the docs can do for you?

Nah. I had two years of therapy. Im not getting any better. I also am not risking another neck surgery. Dont think it could do anything anyways. My spinal cord has permanent damage. I drove myself to the hospital and then was paralyzed after the fact for months. I never fully recovered.  Is what it is. I learned to do what I can and live with the way I am.

Enjoy the ride. JA is a once in a generation type player.

1000% enjoy the journey, not just the end result. We just went through an 18 yr playoff drought.

I think Jim Kelly is the all time Buffalo Bill.  That said, there are only two Bills I've ever watched who can singlehandedly change a game, one is Bruce Smith the other is Josh Allen.

When it is all said and done Josh will have every Bills passing record and will be the player people think of when they mention the Bills.

That's all any of us can do.

I remember HOF Jim like it was yesterday.  Josh could run circles around Jimbo.  His all around qb athleticism is like nothing I've ever seen in the history of the NFL.  This isn't about rings anymore.  Marino never had a ring.  Josh doesn't have the luxury of a genius HC like Belichick or Reid. So when you constantly hear the media say "he has to do everything", you can understand a little better from his perspective.

Talent wise Kelly would agree Allen is better ,but I guess many forget how damn good Kelly was. He called his own damn plays and did it no huddle.  The man was a greater QB than some here give credit for.

You didn’t miss anything.

Ya just in terms of making playoffs, Flute too, I was about 10 or 11 and was in tears after that game (Music city miracle), little did I know I wouldn't see another playoff game for all my teenage years and 85% of my 20s..

But never blinked , always loved this team, makes this experience that much sweeter

ya I watch them games online,  and you guys can answer better than me but wasn't that 1 of the first teams to ever go no huddle as their primary offense? Every time I watch, I get mesmerized by Thurman,  so freaking underrated,  even w the gold jacket

Not sure if thread worthy but this clip hyped me up and it's 615 am. Thank God again that 6 teams passed over him, this response is gold and genuine imo , as well as 100% factual . Love this dude, imo he's QB1 on n off the field league wide, he'll catch up to Mahomes accolades

GO BILLS

Edit - they weren't teammates in 2014 🤣🤣

This topic came up, last week? 2 weeks ago?  So i am glad to see THAT response. JA and that stressed smile to the camera is all I needed to know lol.

My father once told me, you take your licks when you deserve them and more importantly... keep that yap shut while you take those licks.  I learned that quick and no matter what.. 10 minutes 15 minutes after being mad with me... things turned into a fun conversation then grab the cards, a game whatever.   These forums are no different. Weather a mod is right or wrong. take your licks and keep your yap shut. move on :D

All that being said. JA is the second best QB In this league voted by KC fans. Thats all i need to know.

Flutie at least took the team to the playoffs...Bledsoe did not.

Those first two weeks of 2003 it was nice to think things were going to be different.

There were a lot of "false gold" moments like that...remember the Fitzmagic 4-1 start, where we beat the Pats...the 3-0 start before Trent Edwards got his brain scrambled against the Cardinals...they all turned out the same.

I think Bradshaw with Pittsburgh did it some, but not 100% as their primary offense.

Still remember I changed my Xbox handle to FitzMagic at the time,  ya that 4-1  start had me hyped

Was Levy or the oc responsible for the transition? What a brilliant move
