Good point. However, I believe it is proper feline behaviour norm to stoop when using the cat litter box. Quote

Found this but it will take an hour out of my day driving to and from the store to buy it.... Question -- I notice that the labelling says "also known as polenta" (I am going to make Shrimp and Grits as a side dish)...Do you think I can get away with using course polenta? Here's a link to help you decide what's best for you. https://www.allrecipes.com/article/polenta-vs-grits/ Personally, I'm just using this kind. Quote

Thank you brethren. I have NOT even seen that brand in Canada. Found this.... Are polenta and grits the same thing? Since polenta and grits are both made from ground corn, you can use them interchangeably. Bear in mind that grits are higher in starch than polenta, so if you sub in polenta for grits, you won't have to stir it as frequently, but it won't cook up as creamy as grits. https://www.foodnetwork.com/how-to/packages/food-network-essentials/grits-vs-polenta Edited September 20 by HIT BY SPIKES 2 Quote

SoMAn Posted September 21 Posted September 21 You can probably find instant grits in any supermarket grocery store, in the cereal section. Add some heat for killer shrimp and grits. Quote
HIT BY SPIKES Posted September 21 Author Posted September 21 7 lbs of fresh whole chicken wings now marinating at the back of the fridge marinating until Monday in that Korean Kimchi Wing Sauce. NOT going to fry them. Going to grill or smoke them on the Big Green Egg. Fresh raw shrimp acquired for the Shrimp and Grits. 2 Quote
