Before I dive into this thread...

I was wondering... If I say anything that can be interpreted as anti-Zionist... Will my phone blow up in my hands?

If I were you, I'd worry about my marital aid or my inflatable camel blowing up next. Hope you don't have a soda stream in your kitchen.

You know... Like: "Is Israel now officially considered a terrorist state?  Should we have listened to Bolivia🇧🇴 a decade ago?

Just asking for a friend... 😏

It’s shocking! Absolutely shocking you would support terrorists!!

Well, actually, it isn’t that surprising.

Same rules apply if you helilawnchair into a musical festival, rape, shoot, bomb, dismember kids out doing what kids do, and kidnap/enslave/rape/execute a few for kicks.

Some people will support you because the right type of target was struck.  Some people will try and blow up your iPhone.

Tell your friend, either way, it won’t be boring.

Yeah... But celebrating that music festivals outside the walls of an open air prison is the epitome of stupid... You gotta admit.

Like living in New Orleans 8 feet below sea level and wondering why your lawn is soggy.

Same for you. We're all supporting terrorists.

What's the difference between a freedom fighter & terrorist?  The freedom fighter wins.

So you think Israel and The US are terrorists?

When has Israel or the United States attack and butcher kids at a music festival?

Sure, life is complicated and young people are awfully blissfully unaware of the dangers of life while being absolutely certain they have it all figured out.

Still, I’m hard-pressed to refer to the dead or victimized as stupid, anymore than I would a young woman out for a run being victimized in some horrific way.  I’d probably go with catastrophically naive.

It doesn’t change the standards, nor the best practice(s) shared for consideration by your friend.

Fair enough. But AT least be situational aware!

Isreal is NOT a democracy. It's a socialist theocracy.

Nonsense.

It is a country who has carved incredible success for its people in an area where that has not existed, and is under daily attack on three fronts, being supported by a distant enemy ever single freakin' day.

There is no entity, anywhere, who deserves our or other's support more.

Period.

The Palestinian  thing is nonsense.

Turkey was the Palestinian state.

Arafat tried to overthrow Hussein, the decent Hussein.

Got thrown out and moved to Lebanon, where he destroyed that country and became incredibly wealthy in the process.

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make here, but having 8000 missiles fired at your civilian population in the past year, by an entity that has expressed a desire to kill every single one of you, wherever you live, might alter your view.

If I was squatting on someone's land or pushing them off... I'd probably leave and find another place to settle.

Or have them all killed, as has been tried many times, and is the stated goal now, though they settled in this land owned by them, by international agreement, successfully developed by them, creating a democratic culture and economy not ever approximated by those who are trying to exterminate them, with nobody to "negotiate" with who has not publicly expressed a goal to kill them all.

Sure..They're the problem.

No. Not at all. Israel has a right to defend itself... But don't cry when things are escalated or no end in sight.

It's a two-way street sparky and there's definitely one side that has more power, privilege, and a minority in numbers.
