Big Turk
That hurts... he was getting 80% of the carries and workload at RB for the Chiefs... UPDATE: Well that isn't great for an update ..Reid is "unsure whether he will be back this year or next year" and said they will just have to see how things go...sounds like they might know there is associated ligament damage already which is common with this type lf injury and presents a longer recovery time 😳 https://www.yahoo.com/sports/andy-reid-chiefs-rb-isiah-pacheco-needs-surgery-on-fractured-fibula-may-not-return-until-next-season-182201030.html Edited Wednesday at 07:07 PM by Big Turk
TFBillsfan
Hate to see injuries. NYJ pass rusher Johnson torn his Achilles and is out for the season as well. 4

That little guy can play I’m sure Andy will be combing the practice squads but man for a seventh round pick the Chiefs hit a grand slam
HansLanda
non weight-bearing bone, Travis Henry played with one. Not a Milano injury at all. 2

How is going to play when they are putting him on IR? Is this some new rule the NFL has only for the Chiefs?
TFBillsfan
Outside of Mahomes, Pacheco was their workhorse on offense. That’s a big hit for them. 1

Bad for him . Hard runner. There is a case to be made to not over -use a RB no matter how good he is. Imo, even the McCaffery injury is due to Shanahan over using him last season. 1

QCity
Meh. They'll re-sign McKinnon to shoulder the load with Steele for the next few weeks. CEH also comes back in 2 weeks. This will hurt fantasy teams more. Edited Monday at 03:56 PM by QCity 1

Charles Romes
They always sign old RBs with names. I think they will sign fournette. I don’t think he looked bad for us last year. Likely was an attitude issue. He’s like the all time least fumbling RB in league history I recall.
mannc
I normally don’t think RB injuries move the needle much, but Pacheco is a huge part of what they do. This will definitely hurt them.
WotAGuy
I called this in the offseason. Can’t keep running out those undersized backs….or was it linebackers. One of those. 5

I mean maybe but I'm pretty sure it's critical to a lot of the functions RBs do.

Agree. He looked really good in both games. Outside of Mahomes and maybe Rice, that offense isn't particularly scary.
