His body looks right but more important he is thinking the game and winning pre-snap. This is a HUGE development. we’re worried about your fascination with Josh’s body. Brady gives him less risky throws and the points and touchdowns are still there. Hope he keeps it going and has a low turnover year. The first thing you need to know about throwing interceptions, is you don’t talk about throwing interceptions…, 🤣 13 hours ago, Matt_In_NH said: 🤣 Edited September 16 by Don Otreply

78thealltimegreat
The Eagles DB said it best when they played Josh last year if you go back to pass 40 times a game that’s 40 chances to intercept you. When you only have to go back to pass 25 times a game it’s very hard to play a QB at Allen’s level in a game. In other words if you are pass first team this comes with the territory with any QB. Thurman#1
15 hours ago, finn said: The narrative that stresses Allen's turnovers and downplays (or more usually ignores completely) his production is beyond absurd. In a few games, he'll have more touchdowns in his first seven seasons than any player in history, followed eventually by the most TDs in history, period. Yet all we hear is "Josh Allen, the turnover machines." He had six more turnovers than Mahomes last year and SEVENTEEN more touchdowns! Has anyone heard that rather important fact mentioned by even a single commentator, at any point at any time? Please. Virtually nobody ignores completely or even downplays his production. Maybe a couple dozen guys in dusty internet corners. And it's great that Allen has all those TDs, if Allen wasn't getting those running TDs, they'd be handoffs instead and many would still be touchdowns. As great and productive as he is, having too many turnovers hurts. It just does. Don't spin and try to ignore it. It's a factor that needs to be considered. It hurts the team. All factors need to be considered. Including the TOs. It's a good sign that he has fewer INTs this year so far this year. Shows they're taking the pressure off him. He doesn't feel he has to win the game himself. Small sample size concerns, though. He's terrific. Second-best in the league, IMO. But that doesn't mean that being one of the highest in the league in turnovers doesn't hurt his team. It does. Interceptions come with the territory. A higher percentage of INTs does not. Josh's INT percentage was one of the highest in the league and has been for a while. But it's questionable whether over his career he'll throw so many fewer playoff INTs than season INTs relatively. Again, is it a thing or not? IMO hard to tell. He doesn't play DE .... not sure what you're getting at there, but it's certainly hard to argue.

Should we discount Mahomes passes that are behind the line of scrimmage because they are pretty much runs? Because he throws a lot of screen passes. Also you mentioned earlier that if the Bills handed off the ball instead of Allen running they'd still be TD.... that's simply not true. How many TDs last year were outside the 2 yard line? the 5 yard line? Would a handoff be a TD in the playoff game against the Steelers? He had 6 TDs from inside the 2 (4 were the Tush Pushes).
