This is the guy that was rumored to be our target in the Elam Draft, but his medicals became very concerning in the week or so before the draft. He fell precipitously and has bounced around a bit. See how it works out for him, as the Bills CB draft was saved by Christian Benford. But Isiah Likely is that 4th we gave up to move up for Elam.
