I’ve met many ‘serial entrepreneurs’ they are such usually because none of their ideas/business are actually business/successful. YMMV. Also this *****. What a nice “honest” “tell it like it is” person you are. So cool can’t wait to have a beer. Well this is a first, I’ve never seen a person react to their own post, and then vomit at their response…🤣🤣 1

Most grants are matching, meaning you have to put up at least 50% of what you’re asking, and a lot are paid out as a refund after work is completed, so you have to pay up front. start ups typically have limited funds to be able to use reimbursement grants. certainly possible but possibly quite limiting.
Tommy Callahan Posted September 14 Posted September 14 It's a fancy way of saying equity vs most qualified.

In this case, it is the government taking Billions more of your money to fund some program that will hurl Millions of it at a time at bad ideas in the form of "tax credits" Most of America is dumb and so this will pass by, but the truth is the vast majority, like 99.9%, of new businesses don't make money in their first year to have "Income" to offset with a "tax Credit" So this will just be people smart/savvy/stupid/Democrat enough to call their Garage a Salon and collect $50,000 and write off their cars and whatever else through there. The rest of us will B word and complain that the country is lost a 51% idiotic majority that would fall for this, but that's where we are in Civilization life-cycle Edited September 14 by OrangeBills 1

In addition, there’s often a requirement that MWBEs are specifically included in requests for proposals and contractor contracts. In NYS, we in municipal government have an updated database of MWBE firms that we mail out RFPs to. We shoot for a 20% MWBE response rate. In a previous job I dealt with a few businesses that did government contracts exclusively. One of the businesses was owned by a black couple who literally would bid on certain jobs knowing they would simply farm the job out and take the 20% off the top. They were technically a computer programming company but neither partner could code. These are the people who make the most off these kind of programs. 1

He has a bunch of deluded boneheaded followers who will buy anything he sells, irrespective whether it has value. I’m surprised it took him this long to think of it. 1

To be fair, there are a few with more than 6th grade education levels. They’re the ones running these scams and making up phrases like Iron Law of Projection. It is pretty clever to brush away all counter arguments with the wave of a hand but it only works on mentally deficients. They get what they deserve. Hopefully we don’t get what we don’t. Can’t believe it’s still close. 12 minutes ago, Tommy Callahan said: Another way the government is choosing who has help based on things like race, sex, orientation. Crypto? Splain 1
