IDK why Miami gave this moron huge money. Should’ve rolled with Waddle who is more of capable of being THE guy. Use that money on that atrocious defense. Going 2-12 against Allen and allowing 3737 yards 37 TD and 8 picks would have me absolutely furious. Mike McDaniel is an elite OC, but has no business being a HC. Sad thing is that team actually has a lot of good pieces.

McDaniel had the benefit of taking over a team with a more old school coach in Flores where the work ethic was strong on the team.  Even with way less talent to work with.  I could see it starting to slip McDaniel's second year as the habits slowly died to the point where they were a soft team who folded down the stretch.
