I will respect his past contributions but he is cooked. 

It was a familiar sight to see 21 turning after taking a bad angle to chase a ball carrier down a sideline.  Great player when he was here, but I’m glad he’s chasing in teal this year.

Love Poyer. Gave us great defense for years.  You could see he lost a step last season. This is why the Bills didn't give him another contract.  Wasn't happy about him launching headfirst into Shakir's head though.

Poyer's angles are fine. He's just slow now.

Poyer got abused during this game. He looked old and slow. He had a great career, but time to call it quits. Him and Tua should throw a retirement party

The difference is that there’s not the same animosity with Poyer as there was with Thurman.   If you listen to Thurman these days he’ll say he signed with Miami to spite Buffalo.

 

I think for Poyer it was more about playing in his hometown of Florida
