I saw another data summary dated 2020 and the home win % on TNF was pretty much the same as overall win % regardless of day. 
 

I think the NFL tries to schedule mostly divisional games to moderate the travel disadvantage.

I looked it up the other day and it was home teams 57.7% win rate on Thursday nights vs 57.1 % any time.

I would propose that the teams playing on Thursday night (as much as possible) should have a bye the week before
