Some people are more prone to easier head trauma. like the replays they showed, the Milano shove was nothing really, slight bump on his head and he was completely rattled. 
 

Same thing with fighters who have a “chin” and others a “jaw of glass”

 

Feel so bad for the guy. He’s an awesome person. 
 

Maybe he wears the guardian cap from now on??
