I still have a ton of leftovers from Sunday so this short turn around may not be as big a game meal.

Watcha thinkin'?

Fish?

Cuban Sandwiches?

I might be able to repurpose some of the leftover beans from the Arizona game into a Cuban Soup.

Fish tacos! Gotta be.

With Frank’s instead of Valentina ;)

Nice!!!

I bought a gallon jug of Frank's a few weeks ago and I am looking to use it as much as possible.

I'm thinking tuna steaks on the blackstone and home made pizza logs in the air fryer drawers of the blackstone.

Yes that was a humble brag - my blackstone has air fryers 😎

We usually make fish tacos for the Dolphins home games but I am having a few people over and I have to work until 7pm on Thursday so I will probably just order pizza and wings for this one

Fried ahi tuna with buttery rice, grilled asparagus, and plenty of Labatts Blue.

Grilled Tuna is soooooooo good when it is served rare in the middle.

People tend to overcook it.

Boneless Mahi Mahi (Dolphin Fish) Fillet  with mango chutney dressing.

That's exactly what I'm having except Mango Salsa with mine.

Peo[le tend to overcook it.

All it needs is a quick sear at high temp for a few seconds each side. Works really well on a flat top grill.

Tuna noodle casserole for dinner, and shrimp for a pre game snack.  I also gave some scotch begging to be finished off, plus  whatever I pick up at the liquor store tomorrow.

Doing a seafood boil

Niiiiiiiiiiiiice!!!!

We are so due for one here but I promised the wife we would NOT harvest our potatoes until October to ensure they are larger and home grown potatoes just bring that seafood boil up a notch.
