The first series... Dude. I'm not ready for this season. This first series starting out on defense - it's just not right for me yet.

 

I'm a big believer in the first offensive play of our season is the tone setter. No more was this ever true when Rex first game entailed having Kolb at QB with Tyrod Taylor out wife at WR.

I just don't understand our coaches. At least a four minute injury delay and they still have the backup DL out there.

Dudes, this is almost always how the defense plays on the first drive. They adjust. Raiders did the exact same thing to us last season, and then we crushed them
