Hill's an ####### and depending on how much he was speeding I could definitely see some reckless endangerment maybe applying, but the Police can't just arrest you because you're an ####### to them, it's stupid to do it but you can be rude it's within your rights. Here is WTF. In the context of actually being arrested it is resisting arrest. Which is a crime by the way. And it is not always within your rights to be rude. There are situations when it is not right or even legal. Respectfully, like many people, I don’t think you have a good grasp on how the constitutional right to free speech works.
