And it is not always within your rights to be rude. There are situations when it is not right or even legal. Respectfully, like many people, I don’t think you have a good grasp on how the constitutional right to free speech works. There are many reasonable limits So wait now he's resisting arrest, because yeah obviously you can't do that. Obviously you can't just drive off, and you can't stop them from giving you the ticket, and depending on whatever the laws are of the state you have to provide them with whatever information they are due. From what Ive seen reported in the Miami Herald , He was only knelt on while in the process of being detained. Not afterwards. We will see. Administrative is standard practice in this type of high profile incident while an investigation is conducted. Doesn’t mean there was any misconduct by said Officer. It’s really not that difficult. Hill was escalating and, as far as law-enforcement knew, he was a notch away from some kind of aggressive physical confrontation. This is just part of their training. Perhaps using the term “rude“ is misleading. It was aggressive language that could lead to aggressive behavior. Much better to descalate the language than have to deal with the behavior. It’s just cops doing their job!

It would be nice, but the league won't do it until there's a trial and he's convicted (or pleads guilty), since it does not involve sexual assault/domestic violence etc. Even then, the wheels of NFL action will probably grind too slowly to affect the game on Thursday. TBBills Fan
Breaking news- Tyreek Hill is a piece of ***** human being. By the way, what did the NFL do when he beat up the guy on the boat docks? Nothing. He has zero consequences for his actions. Because of that, he is free to be a dick to whoever he wants to. Cops, random people, woman
Freddie's Dead
Cop that arrested Reek is on admin leave pending investigation. Pretty clear overreaction to a traffic stop. This is Scottie Scheffler redux, except that Reek is a complete POS and probably deserved it. Don't care what Reek was saying, hand him the ticket and ask him to "Please drive safe Mr. Hill". Dude could be strapped and go all Rae Carruth on you. De-escalate and go home to your family.

No, but in a high-profile case that's all over the news, that's going to happen every time regardless of whether the guy was in the right or not.
TFBillsfan
I thought he was arrested for reckless driving. I would think if that was the case Miami Dade would release a statement with what he did. If it’s reckless driving in Florida it’s much more than a citation. Will be interesting to hear the facts of what actually happened.
VW82
News stations in Canada are doing trigger warning disclaimers before showing the video. Phins probably need a Josh Allen trigger warning disclaimer before watching our tape for Thurs.

Joe Ferguson forever
Just read his car is a McClaren 720. wouldn't have been much of a chase given his reflexes and that car's speed. Glad he didn't make it into one. I read the charge was reckless driving too. https://www.caranddriver.com/mclaren/720s Edited September 9 by Joe Ferguson forever
