Jets gotta problem

Recommended Posts

Best Jets line I've seen in a while. The comment was about the punishment the Yankees fans who tried to steal the ball out of Betts glove deserve:

Their punishment should be front row seats to the Jet game on Thursday. That’ll teach ‘em!

That was a stupid thing for that fan to do. World Series game at Yankee Stadium cost bigtime $$$$. I am sure security came by and removed him. To spend all that money and then get thrown out was a foolish thing to do.

In this modern media environment that fan will have a $1 million podcast deal sponsored by Manscaped by the end of the week

He is doing an outstanding job with the Jets. I hope he can remain the owner for a very long time.

I fully support this

Years ago a Skankees fan did this against (I think) the Orioles. Obviously not a WS and likely not a playoff game, but he reached over the fence and caught the ball just as it was about to be caught. The umpires called it a HR. I don't remember if it was obvious if it would have landed in the field of play or as a HR if they didn't do that and if the outfielder didn't catch it. The fan was celebrated in NY as this gave the Skanks an important win. Pretty sure MLB changed the rule after that.
