TheFunPolice Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Lamar is seeking contact out there .. I like his fire and fight but imo he gets himself too riled up in big games sometimes to his detriment 1 1 Quote

SCBills Posted September 6 Posted September 6 Lamar always takes these runs out of bounds. It’s a quality about him I’ve loved and wish Allen would do at times. Now he’s lost weight and is … seeking contact all night? Quote

GETTOTHE50 Posted September 6 Posted September 6 It was a tic tac holding call, but anytime u grab the jersey, it’s going to be called. We’d be happy if it went to our favor 1 Quote
DapperCam Posted September 6 Posted September 6 We've seen Allen with some poor o-lines (who remembers Saffold?), and he's never looked this bad passing. 1 Quote

That obscenely ticky tacky hold didn’t help things lol would’ve wiped out a great Josh scramble all the same. Quote

I half agree with your take. However, you partly confirm my original premise as well. I prefer a better passer than Lamar. Obviously, you do to. However, who is a better running QB than him? Lamar wins football games in the regular season. So does Allen. Come playoff time and both QBs haven't won nearly as much. Herbert hasn't done poop. Hurts came back to earth last year. Lamar Jackson is a damn good QB despite limitations with his arm. Some could say his legs make up for a lot of short comings. I don't get the Lamar hate. Edited September 6 by newcam2012 Quote
