My friends daughter got into a bad fight with another girl at her HS and sister. She text her " BWORD, I'm going to meet you at the parking in the morning and I'm going kill you and your sister." That got the police to her house, they cuffed her and brought her in. They let her go with a severe warning. They don't play when any threat, regardless of age, with the word "kill". The family knew the kid was talking about shooting his school mates they should have made damn sure he couldn't get access to any firearm.
