More Washington Commanders drama incoming

Reminds me of M*A*S*H episode "The Tooth Shall Set You Free" in which a racist commander is sending his African-American soldiers disproportionally into dangerous duty. The doctors set up the racist commander with a falsehood and some definitely questionable actions.

 

The guy thinks his job is to "Sell hope to fans" - what hope is my question.  Is it a Superbowl trophy or just a team which will get better?
