Diggs is a classic narcissist.

Sucks you in with the nice guy routine early on then blames you for everything later on .

I hope we smash the Patriots this year

Some positive comments from Stefon.

“I really look forward to (playing with Drake Maye). It’s crazy because when you ask around, he has a lot of similarities — people say through the grapevine, he acts a lot like Josh. That was my guy, so I look forward to meeting and connecting with him.”

Diggs is so confusing

Diggs goes to a top 3 team in the nfl (bills) and may end up with one of the worst. I'd seriously love to know why he wanted out of here so bad, and I don't buy that he wasn't getting the ball enough

Here's my theory on Diggs. Most of it is simply that he is a selfish and petulant person. That's the majority of what happened. That being said:

During the 2022 season, I think it started with the Hamlin caridac arrest game. If you remember, Diggs was trying to rally everyone on the sideline to go back out there. When that was ultimately overruled by other players (likely led by Allen) he probably felt like his input was ignored, and he probably felt like the team "quit."

So now he had it in his head that he has no say over Allen, and when they laid an egg against Cincinnati and Allen played poorly, the BS just started snowballing. "I'm the only one who really cares about winning; I'm just as important as Josh" and so on and so forth.

That comment is fine with me, he's on a new team, saying WAS is exactly how I'd say that statement.

I guess he could've said IS but I don't no issue whatsoever,  I think us fans make it more than it is and at 31 I hope Diggs matured a bit, there was definitely some behind the scenes stuff but I feel us fans make it more confusing than necessary

When Stef was traded here, Josh contacted him rather quickly. It's been a few days and Stef has been in the building multiple times and Maye still hasn't reached out or met him.

That's NOTHING like Josh.

It's going to be harder than some think.  The entire AFC is going to be tougher, esp. Pittsburgh

As others have said,  Stef has to say and do the right things now.  He's getting paid, there is no adversity yet regarding plays, targets, miscommunication, etc...  But rest assured, when things start going sideways during Pats games and for the season, he won't be able to keep himself in check.  Maye is still a newbie in many ways.  He's proven nothing yet.  Stef has been around a while and is an alpha.  People kind of have to walk on eggshells around him when he's moody.   Houston must not have been impressed enough to want to work through his injury comeback.

People will be saying this every offseason, until a AFC east team finds an answer to 17… a division title is a forgone conclusion.

At some point you would think one of these teams will get it right, but at this point there’s no indication it will be this season.

Diggs hasn't said anything negative about Josh since he left. In fact, he's said multiple positive things, including that he should be MVP during the season.

I think it's time to just accept he thought this team wasn't going in the right direction, and even if he was wrong, he felt it was time to try somewhere else.

And hey, we got a 2nd round pick out of it & still made it to the AFCCG, the Texans got half a season, and now he's on a rebuilding Pats team. He gets another chance to be a WR1, we hopefully capitalize on the pick, and everyone's happy (except the Texans)!

Both Diggs and Allen realize there's no benefit in them starting a public feud.  The relationship clearly soured enough though as Beane strongly hinted at Diggs demanding a trade.  Eating $31m in cap space sucked but getting a 2nd rounder for him was impressive given that's apparently ALL IT TOOK TO GET METCALF.

You have to pay Metcalf a new contract, Diggs had a hefty contract they were trading.

He's no longer on the team.  Using past tense to describe a time period of two plus years ago seems appropriate, and reading anything more into it feels like reaching.

Diggs is nothing more than that really hot girl you date but realize you get sick of her sh$t and “she leaves you” because you just need more.   It’s then a rinse and repeat for her until her looks and body age.

Diggs is one team away from being annoyed Pamela Anderson.
