IMO if Diggs reached out to Beane, Sean and Josh saying he’s sorry for _______

and expressed a desire to come here with “unfinished business” and “I want to finish my career as a Bill”

I could see us being open to that.

still would be shocking

Does he also want to play on $3m with nothing guaranteed, so the minute he starts carrying on like a pork chop on the sideline with JA, or posting his mystery tweets he is out the door? Might just be easier to draft someone instead ..

You know when to get rid off stuff that has gone rotten, and after you throw out that trash, it is taken to the dump.  Leave the trash where it is.  The smell has gotten better at One Bills Drive since this rotten trash is now gone too.

Sometimes ppl make mistakes man. Everyone in their life has regretted something or come to the realization you had a great thing....

I agree he's rough around the edges, and honestly I'm still pissed he cost us 30 million and didn't want to age into a number 2 option but talent is talent.

Ultimately it's up to Allen.

They were close so who knows

I don’t care how we got here and I got absolutely villainized for saying it..but Diggs back here id be thrilled. I’d forget about all the BS and be ready for 1 more kick at the can

He's probably the best option out there right now.  And he's a very good WR, despite age & injury.

I'd pump my fist if we got him.

Did Kelly and Reed ever get into it ? I don't really remember. I read Kelly and Burkett had a meltdown on Monday night in 89 vs Denver lol

Ppl are lying if they say they wouldn't be fired up

He would get huge cheers opening day in Buffalo too

He's obviously a little bit nutty but he never should've left. He's was supposed to age into the number 2 role

Him and Allen were incredible

No way! The Bills are a better team without him just like the Vikings were. And just like every team (except the Bills) that Terrell Owens was on were better off without him. Cancers are cancerous regardless of their talent.

The greatest era of Bills football was full of diggs type players and huge egos. Like way more intense than the diggs drama ...

Guys like Talley, Bennett and Thomas were extremely outspoken and rough around the edges

Kelly literally made fun of buffalo before he came here and did crazy stuff. Thurman and Kelly didn't even get along early on.

well your statement has just increased the odds exponentially…of Diggs coming back here

just like when it was impossible for Diggs to be traded

Is he even going to be ready to play this season? & how effective will he be after an ACL.

I’d guess the IG thing is him reflecting on being traded to the Bills on this date

Yes, I did say that and have owned it. It's one of a few times I've been wrong in the hundreds of stances I've taken. No one here bats a .1000. But like I said on the last post you replied to me saying this (which you were wrong about), I really don't think you should be throwing stones from the glass house you reside in.

But getting back on track here - me saying "bc there's just no way..." isn't me taking a stance guaranteeing it couldn't happen. He's a Free Agent without much of a market, our core is missing a WR, and the on field chemistry with Josh is already there. It isn't impossible from that sense.

It's more of an incredulous exclamation at the mere thought of him coming back. I mean, that would be insane. After everything that went down and how it ended - to bring him back? It's simply an unbelievable thought.

I’d say let Josh decide.  Who knows…maybe Diggs reached out to give him congrats on the MVP and they resolved whatever

AFAIK Diggs was saying Allen was great and deserved MVP during the season. I don’t really remember any beef during the season.

Didn’t you also say this time last year that there was “no way” he was leaving and he was just playing games on Twitter ? 😂

Yes, I did. And I own that. Like I said to Spikes, that's more of an incredulous exclamation at the thought of of it than a guaranteed stance. Not impossible. But even the idea of it as a possibility is entirely shocking.

Being outspoken isn't the same as being a cancer, none of the players you mentioned were ever a cancer.

I thought the same thing. Taking a huge cap hit to make your team have less talent was a shock. But, we don't know what happens in the locker room.
