As I've said, we basically got Cooper , a 2nd,5th and 6th for Diggs ,a 3rd and 7th Brilliant If someone told me back in March/April that we'd have that effective swap, would front load a cap hit of $4M and be free in clear in 2025 I would have been a lot calmer on draft night 6 2 Quote

Replacing cooper next season may not be so easy, but I’m holding out some hope that he’s here for another season 🙏🏻 3 Quote

I'm glad Beane has some time to evaluate but he's used the analogy of a basketball team: it's great to have big guys, but you need at least one person who can distribute Cooper, Coleman, Shakir, Kincaid and Cook is a base I feel better about considering the start of the year. 1 1 Quote
nedboy7 Posted October 22 Posted October 22 The idea that Diggs somehow cared more than the others which resulted in asinine behavior is just absurd. Reminds me of fans that claim they care more about a SB than the rest cause they cant stop criticizing the team ad nauseam. 7 2 1 1 Quote
gordong Posted October 22 Posted October 22 so Diggs starts a fight, none of his teams there to back him up...and he lays a huge egg during the game only getting 23 yards... yeah sounds like he's holding people accountable just not himself (Like always). glad he is gone... makes Cooper a much more attractive player, humble, quite, and does his job. 4 1 Quote
Warriorspikes51 Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Thanks for 3 great seasons of production. It's a real shame it ended how it did Cooper is a better player right now IMO. He is a more complete WR that offers aspects this offense hasn't had 3 1 Quote
bmur66 Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Say what you want about Diggs but after watching their teammate "die" on the field right in front of them, I only noticed two people that were ready and willing to go back out there and fight to the death. Diggs and Milano. Not sure what that means but it means something. 2 2 1 1 1 1 Quote

Every fan base has a level of toxicity (bench Judge circa April 2024) that is unfortunately in step with the times, and ours is right there. I get knee jerk reactions, but game day threads make me happy I fled the country. 1 1 1 Quote

After the draft- WGR was freaking out “we traded with KC. Were doomed. Yada yada”. They would freak out when that dude scored” I’d take Keon over Worthy all day. What a great kid, great attitude. Great skill set, stellar Bills DNA. DeWayne Carter is going great, and getting better every game. Just like Keon Keon + DeWayne much better than Worthy. I don’t hear WGR crying about us trading with KC anymore. Keon arrow up DeWayne arrow up 2 1 1 Quote

Great regular-season player for several years but I'm glad we have Cooper instead of him. And the extra picks. Quote
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted October 22 Posted October 22 Just as a reminder this is what Tom Grossi put out at the time. It's aged well https://youtu.be/HuO6k5pS47s?si=B8-4VjBZOWM7ZZxA 2 Quote

He is no different than that guy/gal you knew in middle school/highschool/college who loses their shirt, yells, screams, treats people around them like poop, and goes "but was I wrong". Maybe? Maybe not? But you are still not a dude I want to problem solve, work, or have a few beers with. Being "correct" is rarely the most important thing when it comes to personal and professional relationships and leadership. A lot of really smart people lose out on promotions and jobs because they were both "right" and ash holes. 1 1 Quote
