Even if Diggs played good soldier the money part just would not make sense ..GO BILLS! No, the main reason is because we are better without him. Had our best statistical season ever in Bills history. Plus he's coming off an injury. He won't be worth a $ h i t next year. Diggs is dead in Buffalo. Period. 1 2 Quote

Richard Noggin Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I wish we could claim that no Bills fans were excited at the (ridiculous) prospect that Diggs could come back. BUT, the last 5-10 pages of this thread exist, so... Quote
JoshAllin Posted March 18 Posted March 18 (edited) No one in the bills FO would bring him back, the only way he'd come back is if Josh asked Beane to bring him back and that'd be a big maybe, of trying to convince JOsh that's not the play Edited March 18 by JoshAllin Quote
H2o Posted March 18 Posted March 18 A 31 year old WR coming off of an week 8 ACL tear in 2024. A WR who, through his childish antics and outbursts, pretty much forced his way out of Buffalo. Easy pass. 1 2 Quote

ddaryl Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I'd be more than willing to sign him as our WR6, as long as we only keep 5 WRs 3 Quote
billieve420 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Just the ACL alone regardless of all the other stuff should be enough to keep the Bills away. 3 Quote

Man with No Name Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I forgive him, and if I thought we'd be better with him, I'd take him back in a heartbeat. But a tiger doesn't change it's stripes at this point in the game. Even if the intentions are there. you just can't turn that off, without turning it all the way off. And then there's the ACL. Quote

In the first year without Diggs, Allen has an MVP winning season. Coincidentally (or not, who knows) CJ Stroud who some were painting as the second coming of Mahomes just a year ago regresses significantly after Houston adds Diggs. At the very least it's an odd parallel. And at the most it adds to the theory of a "dark cloud" that Stef brings to the locker room. Either way, I'm thankful to him for his efforts here. He was a good Buffalo Bill, until he wasn't. I'm not upset he's gone. I'm more upset Minnesota found a way to win so many games before their collapse happened and turned what many thought was a slam dunk top 40 pick into the back of round 2. 5 Quote
The Red King Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Josh needed Diggs. He gave him a reliable target and build up his confidence. I will always be thankful for that. But the sad fact is, Allen outgrew him. I'd love to get a player like Diggs back. But that personality? There is no excuse for his antics at the end, and he cost us badly. No, thank you. 1 Quote

Seems to be high risk, low reward to me. Pass. 1 Quote

Stroud got the yips by the end of the year because his oline was so bad. The Texans are atop that division by being the least bad team 1 Quote
