As someone who likes to try new foods, I'm embarrassed to admit I never had a garbage plate.

My wife makes it a couple times a week. 🫠

Nick's was often a trouble spot because after bars closed at 2AM, it was one of the few places OPEN for hungry partiers to eat and continue their party out back.

With current hours of 11-7PM most days I feel saying you can avoid hospitals or stitches.

Just drink lots of water after you finish your plate.

Is there a good garbage plate in the Buffalo area?

I used to go to Bill Gray's in Clarence, but that closed years ago.

Bill Gray's Great Plate is not great.
