Freddie's Dead
Nice job ZV. I think your 15-2 for the Chefs and 12-5 for the Bills are a bit optimistic. Did you have one of the Chefs losses at BUF? You know a loss to the Bills in the regular season is a lock, right? We always beat the Chefs in games that don't matter.... 3

ProcessImproverMan
Too high on Buffalo. I have us slipping in on a wild card with a 9-8/10-7 record. Our schedule is tough and our offense and defense will take time to click. Reset year. I think the Jets take the division if Rodgers stays healthy at 10-7 (tie breaker) Dolphins will be behind us (8-9/9-8) and Patriots in basement (6-11) Ravens will win the division again but Bengals will beat choking Lamar in the playoffs. I have Chargers and Raiders in playoffs. Chiefs missing.... Jaguars win the South and Texans choke. Chargers AFC super bowl rep (Harbaugh really worries me with that team) NFC I have Eagles, Packers, Lions, Falcons, 49ers, Rams, Cardinals all in playoffs. Packers represent NFC in super bowl. Commanders will be much better but still out of playoffs. Buccaneers fall some. Super bowl winner - Chargers Edited September 1 by ProcessImproverMan 1
SoCal Deek
Interesting. The prediction that stands out to me is the Rams at 4-13. I often wonder if I’d trade that all elusive Super Bowl victory if I knew the Bills would be 4-13 just a couple years later. I think I would.

The Rams made the playoffs last year and are an ascending team with one of the leagues best offensive minds/playcallers. they went 10-7 in a year where stafford was injured, they have a pro bowl qb, rb and wr. They almost beat a better lions team in the playoffs coming up just short. They are a good team and have rebounded quicker than anyone thought, in part because their front office and their head coach are very good. 1

In fact if during a transition year the Bills go 12 -5, win the division again and advance to the AFC championship game I'm calling it a great success. IMO 2025, with two 2nd round draft picks and a lot of CAP room is the year the Bills win their Super Bowl.

I'll leave the playoff predictions out of it. Too high: Seattle, Washington, Detroit, KC, Jax, Houston, Buffalo, Miami Too low: Rams, GB, Tenn, BAL, Pitt Now just because I don't agree doesn't mean I think it's off by a lot. But imo Seattle is not winning 12 games, Washington with a rookie QB are not winning 11. Detroit is good but not 14 win good. KC might win 15 but I doubt it. Jax has shown nothing but an ability to collapse. Would love to see Buffalo win 12 but I'm thinking 10. Miami is a 10 win team tops. Both Miami and Buffalo have tough schedules this year. Rams are better than 4 wins, maybe 7. I'm not as high on GB as others, but 5 wins? I see 8+ for GB. Tenn is not a world beater but have enough talent to be better than 4 wins. BAL is better on paper this year, how does that equate to 9 wins? Pitt always goes at least .500 under Tomlin. Of course this is JMHO... Wizard
Predictions 1. We hear too much commentary about Tom Brady's commentary. 2. Dallas flames out again in 1st round. 3. There is a documentary this year called, "Kermit and Brittney" that somehow wins one of those pointless ESPY Awards. 4. Travis Kelce's girlfriend wins Offensive Coordinator of the Year when the announcers are fed some "PR media spin" that his girlfriend called a specific play that is a reference to her from him. 5. Aaron Rodgers contracts COVID. Anything else is a bonus!!! Edited September 2 by Wizard 3

Interesting. I also think Houston is going to be good, but not nearly as good as 12-5 facing a 1st place schedule. Agree with Washington being a surprise but I have the Cowboys winning the East. And as much as I hate it 15-2 is not out of the realm for the Chiefs. Year in year out the AFC West is straight garbage, and KC's roster this year is superior to previous years. I have to laugh when people suggest the addition of Jim Harbaugh to the Chargers is going to be some major game changer. The conference championship game and Super Bowl predictions are ok, other than what I mentioned previously (WAS over SF is far fetched in the WC). Edit - the Rams at 4-13?!?!?
