I mentioned during the Green Bay game how he was visibly shaking on the sideline. Either extremely cold or unhealthy or both.

Probably because he had his wife’s clam diggers on.

I really hope not for his sake. Hes got a young family, be a shame if he was on a bad path again

Agreed. He genuinely seems like a good guy as well

Yeah, he’s a weirdo. But seems like a good person. I hate that the NFL props him up as some sort of genius, but I don’t wish ill on the man

Isn't he the guy who wore the "I wish it was colder!" t shirt?

She's not welcome back in Buffalo, EVER. All the ***** she tried to stir up, not only with Jordan, but even Micah Hyde's contract.

Stay in Miami with the rest of the beach trash washed up on shore. And speaking of washed up, keep your cheap shot husband there too.

i fully understand this sentiment, but i give a lot of points for them looking back and basically admitting they didn't realize what they had in Buffalo. But also, we just didn't want to pay him anymore, and miami gave him a bag of money.

No idea if this is true or not, so take it for what it's worth. But a lot of negativity coming out towards Mcdaniel these days

Winning heals all. Look at Sirianni at the end of last year for example.

He's a much better fit for an offensive coordinator than he is for a head coach.

A guy like him would have his pick of OC jobs, likely on a top team that just lost its OC to a HC gig.

I know it doesn't fit the type A uber competitive world of the NFL, but there's something to be said for being great at your side of the ball, being known by your colleagues for being great at it, being on a good, a winning team with top talent, making tons of money, getting to focus on your specialty to help that team win titles, and letting someone else run the big picture of the program and deal with all that stress.

Come in to work with a top 5 QB and good offensive talent and your job is just to make the offense work and score points. HC can handle all the other tasks that are often thankless.

It's not a bad world to be in. You'll get plenty of credit, and the job would be a lot more fun than getting hired as the Saints HC or Jags HC, for example, and getting fired in 2-3 years.

It must really suck to be on a team with 4 wins right now, no chance of the playoffs, but having to put yourself through the prep and grind to play another 5 games.
