Yes, what a story 🤣

…you say as you complain about it on the internet 🫣

He went out there and made an NFL roster, something neither of us will ever do. At the end of the day that’s impressive as hell, especially for a UDFA.

But it’s a good story about a local kid earning every snap of his career. UDFA kid got a shot and took advantage of his opportunity. Even if his career is short lived, he can say he made it. It’s worth rooting for.

All the players earn their spots. What a weird thing to say.

Sure, but some players have the benefit of their draft stock giving them an added edge at roster cutdowns. If you invested a pick, you may be more likely to keep that player vs a guy who signed off the street.

They earn that draft stock.

As I stated in various other threads, if he was going to make the team imo they had to keep 6 and they did.

Congrats to the local kid, hope he becomes a STs demon and develops at LB

Sorry to be a wet blanket but I'll be surprised if he makes it to Labor Day on the active roster. There has to be a better LB available after cutdowns that can fill out the bottom of our room.

Great story, no doubt.

He is more raw and requires more refinement and seasoning than he showed in the Pittsburgh game. I agree with the notion that he likely wouldn't have made it to the practice squad, so the Bills' hand was somewhat forced.

I will say this: It's best not to get too attached to bottom-of-roster guys who miraculously make the 53 until a week or so has passed. The possibility of a cut from another team being signed by the Bills and forcing a fringe player or two off the roster exists and is not all that remote.

We can't get our hopes up. It is a great story. And the young man may be in a great spot. Babich seems to excel at developing LBs.

This is the best hope. When you look at Bernard he needed a year of seasoning to become what nobody saw coming. Andreesson might never mature into a great player or maybe with time he improves. Either way a great story, but it’s certainly off to a good start.

Good story. Hopefully he only sees the field during 4th quarter blowouts

Same thing was said about Bernard. Obviously he’s no Bernard but given time nobody knows what he will develop into. Hopefully the injury bug is done at linebacker, but our luck these past few years doesn’t point to that.

Andreesen is good for business.  Beane's not dumb.

They will need a special UPS truck just for the jersey sales and deliveries to Lancaster alone
