ColoradoBills Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Top pass catching TEs are a bargain compared to what WRs are getting. Hoping Beane and McDermott keep 4 TEs this year. 2 Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted August 26 Posted August 26 There is no WR in the NFL worth an average of 34 million. This has gotten stupid. 5 1 Quote

That said the Bengals aren't gonna like that if want to reup Chase unless they do HIggins for less on an extension and let Chase walk. The Bengals will let Higgins walk and pay Chase. I wonder if they’ll tag and trade Higgins next offseason rather than let him hit FA tho. Quote

skibum Posted August 26 Posted August 26 The take-home lesson here is: spread the ball out, Josh! Don't let any one WR put up big numbers, or we're toast. Quote

Niagara Dude Posted August 26 Posted August 26 I'm thrilled that Beane did not trade for Aiyuk, better off drafting WR's than paying them elite money when there not elite. 1 Quote

Bills Bud Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Good for them. They have an elite WR unlike us. We just make excuses. You can pay a QB and still pay elite WRs. Miami did it as well. 1 1 Quote
dollars 2 donuts Posted August 26 Posted August 26 (edited) For the rest of the Josh era (and it should have been done sooner) keep drafting WRs, at least 1 in the first 3 rounds, every single year. ...and then don't pay them. Honestly. I love Coleman and I hope he has a great career here. However, after back to back 100 reception seasons in years 4 and 5...let him go...just let him go because you have at least 3 or 4 somebody so and so's to step in. Augie Posted August 26 Posted August 26 It’s funny, one of my first thoughts was that the Bengals had better start drafting WR’s. Quote

KingBoots8 Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Think he should change his name to Ceedee Mutton. He’s been around too long to be a lamb anymore. Quote
T master Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Now he can change his name to Gree Dee Lamb ! These contracts are getting nuts ... 3 Quote
