Nah. Times have changed. OSU has the facilities now, we've established the Texas pipeline of players. If schools like Indiana, Duke, SMU, etc. can do it... Oklahoma State can do it. We've been a solid program since the early 80's. One exception was when we got the 2nd worst NCAA probation after SMU's death penalty.

OSU needs to punt kick Gundy and hire an up and coming coach.

That loss last night should knock Bama out of the top 12 for sure........3 losses and 2 against unranked teams, so you can put a fork in them cause they are finished.

Ole Miss out right blew it.......they had their chance and just blew it. Dart was crying after the game cause he knew he let that game slip away.

Penn State beats Minny by 1, but a win is a win, i suppose, but it wasn't real assuring to say the least. Penn's play calling this season is atrocious and Franklin should politely be let go.

ND just keeps winning. I don't see this team as particularly good, but they are winning

A&M gets beat by an unranked Auburn.......aye carumba

Colorado blew their chance.......poor, poor Prime.

BYU loses a game that they should have won, but alas BYU strikes fear into no one

.........there was some really good college ball played this weekend with a lot of results that most never saw coming. My wife doesn't understand how i can sit around the house every Saturday and watch every game, but college ball is my life and this past weekend ball games is what keeps me coming back.

OU beating Bama should end all hopes of a playoff spot for them.

I'm not particularly a fan of OU, but anyone who can give Bama a proper beatdown and give them their 3rd loss of the season, is alright by me.

There is no way Bama stays in the top 12 after that loss.

Watch and learn.  They will be out this week but when the final bracket is published…….

They did beat Mercer you know.

Members of the CFP committee are holding an emergency meeting right now to figure out a justification to keep Alabama in the playoff bracket. Maybe a #13 seed?

They never should’ve created this playoff in the 1st place so they wouldn’t be in this mess. Is the goal to put the best teams in the playoff? Or to reward teams for their regular season success?

clearly Alabama is better than Boise State.

I thought hitting a player with the crown of your helmet is a penalty? A Georgia player knocked out the Georgia Tech QB with a head shot and they gave him a fumble recovery.

Aww whatever. College football is like the WWE. They aren't going to let Tech beat UGA at home.

Georgia blatantly holding on every play including a facemask that almost decapitated a guy.no calls.

Lol Alabama should have about six losses.  Don’t worry though, they get an automatic bid.

Refs absolutely handed Georgia that game. Basically gifted them a TD drive on penalties. Unlike the NFL, favoritism for big schools vs small schools is pretty believable. They pay the bills after all.

Alabama probably beats Boise State by 2 touchdowns though if they played

How much does Oklahoma beat Boise by?  Vandy?  Could Mercer hang with them?

idk but who cares about those teams they are way out of consideration. I think it’s clear I was talking about teams on the bubble.

You could replace Alabama with South Carolina or Colorado if you want in my sentence.  They would beat Boise handily as well

Boise has one loss.  It’s to Oregon by three points. What is it they’d would need to do so that you deem them worthy?  The SEC circular logic crap happens every year. If they’re so great they should just secede.

Huge win for SU.  Miami was handed two games earlier this year (Va Tech & Cal) by the refs and today's refs gifted Miami 14 points today, but their luck ran out.  Horrible decision by Cristobal to kick a FG with just under 4:00 to go, down 7.

Also, McCord is sooo much better than Will Howard.  Orange Nation thanks Ryan Day!

Did they really give up on him at Ohio St?  If so, what a mistake.  his passing stats this year are insane.

As someone totally neutral to this rivalry.  I have to admit part of me found watching this pretty funny

Ichigan is pure trash. I don't even care about the Ohio State anymore but that team since Harbaugh was there has become pure trash and belongs with the SEC-scum.
