That was my first thought ! Who is foolish enough to have 15 NFL players all of which probably went over 200 lbs in 1 elevator ? I thought these guys were college graduates ...

 

Well that might explain it, common sense is a none requirement when taking a college entree exam ...

They were not all NFL players - one was wife of broadcaster and another was a woman assistant of team; 10 players of Chargers (more during preseason game) are less than 200 pounds.   Chargers head coach just missed getting into elevator so he did not see anything odd in that number of people being in elevator.

 

I have been in a high end hotel elevator whose weight limit was 5000 pounds

I was going by the heading of the post, and and if i read it correctly it says "15 Chargers players & staff .

 

Yes i have been in some places where elevators have a much higher weight limit but i ALWAYS wait if there are more then say 8 people in one elevator call it what you want but that's my thing just incase ...
