f0neguy
Just notified today that to access the Bills app I need to load the latest update. The latest update requires your iPhone to run iOS 16 at a minimum. I use an iPhone 7 which is capped at iOS 15 so I can no longer access the Bills app. No, I’m not going to get a new phone just for an app. I’m sure there are others using iPhone 7 (or older) who are PO’ed as well. I’ll just be more reliant on this page and you folks for info. Rant over…
Ridgewaycynic2013
Not to worry. If they can't do it electronically, they'll just transfer you to Maddie Glab, CSR. They wear a lot of hats at One Bills Drive. 😁

Faster, better battery life, porn is more crystal clear etc... 1 2
Saxum
Lots of phones are stolen during game; they push new phones so much that you would think they have someone stealing and reselling them. I have talked to several other team ticket offenses who were contacting me about selling tickets to visitors - none require phones although you might need to pick up tickets in ticket office. Its not the Bills' or the app developer's or the NFL's fault you are purposely choosing to use an old device. I know these devices can be $$$$ but you can get an upgrade with your current carrier for very little money these days and you can pay them off over time. My daughter has a 6 that we got from my grandpa when he finally got upgraded for free. My carrier has offered a free upgrade for her, she is just too young for that to be a need right now so we didnt do it. Worse case scenario, say you break it (and have insurance) they will give you a newer phone just because they cant even replace a phone that old now
f0neguy
It’s a phone. I don’t need blazing speed, don’t need a ton of storage, don’t need a great camera. It works great and actually fits in my pocket. I could upgrade if I wanted to but it does everything I need it to do. (except the Bills app) 1

(except the Bills app) Get an iPhone SE, I've got the second generation, that came out in 2020. You'll be able to upgrade the iOS, but still have the basic functions you like.

f0neguy
f0neguy.. because I worked for AT&T, then Lucent, then Avaya (all Bell companies). Absolutely 0% of what I did was cell oriented. But I do see the irony.
