In that span, Baelon Allen has 40 carries for 110 yards (2.75 yards per carry). A lot of his carries are probably in short yardage situations but he had 4.8 ypc on 26 carries in the first 4 games. Allen's receiving stats are even worse. He has 5 receptions on 9 targets for 40 yards (8.0 ypr, 4.4 ypt) during the 8 games. How does a running back have a 55% reception rate? For comparison, Davis' stats over his last 8 games are 54 carries for 267 yards (4.94 ypc) and 8 receptions on 9 targets for 139 yards (17.4 ypr, 15.4 ypt). It makes you feel sorry for anyone drafted by the New York Jets. It seems the longer you play for the Jets the worse you get. .................is there no "r" on your keyboard?!? 1 Quote

Cook probably commands a higher price, but you can get a solid rb2 likely after the cards fall. Or just keep drafting them. Day 3 (RayDay), low budget FA's (Tyler Johnson) and UDFA's at RB all damn day every day. Do not pay an RB please! 1 Quote

Doc Brown Posted December 6 Posted December 6 I value RB's about the same as punters but I think both are really good young RB's. Allen just has the misfortune of being drafted by the Jets. Quote
