 As long as he delivers!

Turf toe can last, like, forever

Nah, nothing lasts forever. Eventually, when you die, the turf toe dies, too.

Maybe you are joking but unless CFL does not allow him to return I doubt he would be interested in one day trial.

I’m sure he’d be very happy to get the chance to play in a Bills home game

Apparently this guy started against the bengals last year?

So there is hope. What do new cheer for here?

Last thing I saw (tweet from the "Thigh Doctor") suggests he'll probably be ready to go Week 1.

If he isn't, they'd probably just grab Kyle Allen back for a week or two after he's let go.

Kyle Allen is employed by Steelers as of right now. Keenum is with the Texans.

There's always Matt Barkley...

At the moment, yes. But most teams only keep 2 on the Main Roster these days and he isn't making it over Russell Wilson or Justin Fields. It's almost a forgone conclusion he'll be cut.

Either way, the reported issue for Mitch is a 3-4 week injury and Week 1 will be 3 weeks from the injury. Fans who are hoping for something bigger or him to be replaced are setting themselves up for disappointment.

Just an arm for the Pre-Season with Mitch down. But he'll have a chance to compete with DiNucci for the Practice Squad QB, with Buechele on IR.

Honestly, I'd take him over Mitch, DiNucci and Buechele.

If the Steelers don't cut Russell Wilson, I don't see them keeping Kyle Allen as #3 QB. At least he knows the basic system here minus whatever Brady has planned during this offseason/pre-season. He can't be any more expensive than Trubisky either. I'm a bit surprised that Tannehill wouldn't be interested in backing up Allen. If true though he is not the type of backup at Qb the Bills should be looking for anyway. Ideally, the Bills could use a running QB who has similar skills to say Tyrod Taylor. Not easy to find obviously. I've always liked the Ravens duo of Lamar and Huntley. They seemed very complimentary in that offense.

If Allen goes down, I want somebody who comes in and runs from the QB position and hands the ball off to our above average stable of running backs we could win a few games like that

If Allen goes down you need to become a hockey fan fast :)
