I’d welcome an upgrade at QB2 - and it might be a real necessity if Trubisky is out. I don’t know that Dallas is going to give up Lance tho.

Why the Bills haven’t brought in Tannehill for at least a work out is negligent. He is clearly better than any other QB option at this point.

Addition to what is said above, I sense Lance may believe the Cowboys starting position may come up if Prescott has another meltdown. Josh's position in far more secure in Buffalo, so he'll be definite back up.

Tannehill pry wants either a lot of money to be a backup and/or a place where he has a chance to start.  The Bills can't provide either of those things.

Lance has no contract after this year and he has a bunch of issues.
