He's gotta catch that. Looks like he alligator-armed it with the incoming hit. It's preseason so probably the wise move. Would hate to see this when the games matter though.

He could have gotten hurt w/ the way the defender came in.  He absolutely made the right decision in a preseason game.

God bless anyone who actually watched that game.

What a snooze fest.  Hard to pay attention.

Rousseau and Andreessen looked good though.

I viewed Frank Gore Jr as a charity signing but he looked decent.

Ray Davis is going to give us some big moments this year.

He looked good. real good.  Cook and Ty are gonna have some competition. The other RBs looked decent too.

That Hardy kid looks good.

Yep. That could have been ugly.

Thad Brown just roasted Coleman for turtling up on that pass.  He said if he were established as a receiver in the league, he could understand it...why risk injury in a preseason game.  But since Coleman isn't an established receiver, he needs to lay out to make the catch. Seriously?  So he lays out, makes the catch and gets seriously injured.  What sense does that make?

Thad Brown has no idea what he is talking about.  He should never be listened to on any matters of the nfl if he really said this.

Rule number 1, one of the first things qb's are taught is never to throw a slant above a wr's head.  Its dangerous for the player and for the ball to be tipped in the air.  The ball is to be between the numbers or down low where the wr catches it going to the ground.

Thad Brown is either looking for attention on social media and/or has no idea what he is talking about.

Thad Brown is too dumb to respond to in this case. Not only did he not "Turtle", the risk of going all out would have been huge. I would have liked to have seen a jump ball for him but Thad is dumb.
