I can’t remember ever seeing this 3rd string QB ever play. I suppose he has an opportunity here to look pretty good with bottom of the roster WRs battling. If the kid wants to make the team, here’s his shot

The only person thrilled about the way the half ended was Bass because he didn't have to try a 55 yard FG with the swirling wind.  No chance he would have made it.

For me:

-Chicago has a pre-season game under their belt already

-Very vanilla pre-season

-D-line still not generating a pass rush

-O-line not great at run blocking

-Not happy about Big Ed getting nicked up on first play

-Oh, and I’m not a fan of the new kickoff.

They were bright spots first half. Shakir has that clutch get open gene I love. Thought Hamler looked super explosive outside of one bad bobble return. He brings something we don’t have want to see him go deep in the second half and put to rest this MVS talk. Rousseau looked awesome for the limited time he was on the field. Douglas didn’t lose a step. Want to see Davidson second half

I’ve been suspended for pretty much the last 3 weeks because I say bad things about our coach and other players. I must refrain from speaking badly in a bills message board that is designed for conversation. Because god forbid we don’t all agree. 
 

im sure ill be suspended for this as well. Because im speaking out about it. Probably for the entire season this time.

In case you were wondering, Oliver is back out on the sidelines for the second half in full uniform. Won’t be playing, but he looks fine and wasn’t hurt enough to change to street clothes.
